With the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic spreading rapidly, we’re all feeling an impact on our families, our businesses, and our way of life as a result.  During this time, we would like to give you an update on how HighVail will be managing the situation. 
At HighVail, we’re focusing on two primary objectives: protecting our people, and delivering great service to our customers. Our team is equipped and capable of running fully remote and we are able to achieve both objectives without risk.  Our current work from home policy is in line with our business continuity strategy. This policy will have no impact on the way we interact with our customers or how our customers contact us.
We want to assure you that, in this time of difficulty, one thing less you’ll need to think about is our ability to provide you with the same level of service as we have done to date.
