Bradley Brodkin
Founder & CEO
Bradley founded HighVail in 2003 with the ambitious goal of keeping clients online, all the time. Under his leadership, HighVail evolved from a value added reseller to a trusted advisor and solutioning partner to Canadian enterprises and the public sector. Through this evolution, HighVail has maintained a spirited culture that is rooted in respect for individuals and the notion of community which is demonstrated by HighVail’s commitment to Open Source technology and Bradley’s own philanthropic pursuits.
Born and raised in Montreal, Bradley started his career working with his late father in the family business. He credits this experience with nurturing his entrepreneurial spirit and instilling an unrelenting focus on customer satisfaction. He earned his degree in Political Science from Concordia University. Bradley is an avid Raptors fan and enjoys a round of golf. He and his wife live in Toronto and have two grown children.
Krys Armatys
Chief Operating Officer
Krys brings over 20 years of IT experience helping companies overcome the challenges associated with transformation and modernization. As COO, Krys drives HighVail’s operational strategy and guides the execution of both long and short-term plans and directives.
An enthusiastic techie with a keen interest in agile delivery, Krys drives continuous operational improvement across the company. In addition to being a big picture strategist, Krys oversees all service delivery to ensure quality and consistency across the organization that results in satisfied clients every time.
Krys studied at McGill University where he earned his Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science. In his spare time Krys trains and competes in triathlons.
Nenad Rokic
Director, Platform & DevOps
Nenad leads the Platform & DevOps solutioning team and is a domain expert in virtualization and cloud industry standards. Nenad holds many technical certifications including Oracle, RedHat, HDS, IBM, and Veritas. Additionally, he is an accredited Docker Trainer and leads HighVail’s training team.
Nenad started his career as the resident engineer for one of Canada’s biggest banks leading an advanced inventory management project. Most recently Nenad led client engagements at a number of large Canadian enterprises as senior systems architect.
Nenad earned his Bachelor of Science, majoring in Hydraulics and Computational Hydraulics from Belgrade University.
Jeremy Rojas
Account Director
Jeremy brings a refreshing approach to account direction having first been a HighVail client. Joining the team in 2009, Jeremy has held a number of roles within the organization, but with his strong technical background and commitment to client satisfaction, Jeremy now oversees all interaction with our largest clients. He combines his own experience and expertise with that of HighVail’s deep technical bench to optimize the value captured from IT investments and initiatives.
Jeremy studied Physics and Computer Science at York University.

Andrew Prowse
Training, Platform & DevOps
Andy brings 25 years of technical leadership to HighVail. He spent the early part of his career gaining specialization in open systems, cloud, and the containerization of applications and servers on Linux and Solaris. Andy holds technical certifications in Red Hat, Oracle, IBM, and is a certified Docker Trainer. Well-versed in Agile methodology, Andy is a certified SCRUM Master.
Andy specialized in Computer Electronics Engineering Technology at Mohawk College.
Matt Siemens
Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure
Matt has over 24 years of professional experience in the Information Technology field and a proven track record working with medium to enterprise sized customers, designing and building business-critical systems. Since joining HighVail in 2007, Matt has led a number of engagements, including the design and implementation of a common compute platform at a top five Canadian bank, drastically improving quality of service across the organization. Matt also works closely with the sales team in a technical pre-sales role to help evangelize how modern technologies, such as cloud, containers and Kubernetes, are helping customers embrace greater agility and innovation.
James Radmelick
Technical Client Director
An expert in driving technical solutioning to meet business needs, James joined HighVail in 2010 and currently holds the role of technical client director. With more than 20 years experience and specialization in virtualization and storage, James has expertise in architecting and deploying converged and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions incorporating backup, replication and disaster recovery capabilities.
James earned his Systems Analyst diploma from Sheridan College.
