History of HighVail Systems
Late 2002 - Glen and Bradley meet and begin working together at a well-known VAR in downtown Toronto (a division of a large Canadian Service Provider to the Financial industry).
Early 2003 - The Board of Directors decides to close this division and approach Bradley with an offer to continue the business as a separate entity. After careful consideration and consultation with key clients, he and Glen decide to create a new company.
May 1, 2003 - Bradley and Glen are officially given the rights to branch out and HighVail Systems is incorporated. The primary goal was to create an entity that clients could rely on and therefore differentiate itself from the rest of the market. HighVail Systems continues to provide excellent service to an established client base, which remains loyal to the company to this very day.
2004 - HighVail Systems is awarded the CDN Newcomer of the Year Award, making its debut at 98 on the Top 100 list.
2005 - Sales continue to increase at 100% year over year. As they grow, the need for a larger facility becomes apparent, so in September they move to the core of the financial district in downtown Toronto at Bay and Adelaide.
Present - The Company keeps on growing - plans for an office move are underway. HighVail has also moved up the CDN 100 list to 72. A Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) Virtualization Lab has been built on premises – providing customers with the ability to perform Proofs of Concept and feasibility testing prior to deployment.
