Bradley oversees the strategic direction and sales function for the company, and as a veteran in the IT industry has much to offer in way of innovative solutions. He started his IT career over 20 years ago in Sales, soon after graduating from Concordia University in his hometown of Montreal. He began working for a very well-know national reseller where he held various sales and product management positions. In 1990, he started his relationship with Sun Microsystems.
His success in the Open Systems world led to his opening in 1994, the Montreal office of an expanding Canadian VAR, focusing on open systems and storage. In 1998, he moved to Toronto to expand their presence in the Telco industry. In 2002, he transitioned to a division of a well-known Canadian Service Provider to the financial industry. It's there that he met his current business partner Glen, who shared his dedication to customer service and loyalty, along with the same birth date! Their business partnership was meant to be. By virtue of circumstance and a unique opportunity, they started HighVail Systems in May 2003.
Bradley has been married for over 23 years and is actively involved in community events with his wife Joanne, which includes an annual golf tournament and fund-raiser for the Koby Mandell Foundation. They have two children aged 12 and 10. He's also a huge Raptors fan, plays hockey, golf and when time permits, loves to travel with his family. |

Glen heads up technology delivery and implementation for the company. He's also responsible for managing the technical team, to ensure clients' technology needs are being met and surpassed. Glen has nearly 20 years of IT experience, ranging from software design and implementation to enterprise-class systems & storage design, implementation, monitoring, and performance tuning. By deploying best-of-breed technologies and leveraging Open Source tools, Glen aims to deliver easy-to-manage, cost-effective, and highly available solutions.
Glen began his career in 1989 and by the late 90's, his reputation was becoming well-known on the technical side of the financial community. He began consulting on some of the largest system conversions and Y2K projects in Mutual Fund Management and Transaction processing. He holds numerous certifications, amongst them a VCP (VERITAS Certified Professional) in Availability -- one of the first to obtain this distinction in Canada. In late 2002, he met Bradley while consulting at a large Canadian Financial Services Provider.
Glen lives in mid-town Toronto with his wife and two boys, aged 8 and 12. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from the University of Toronto. |
